                       JUDGMENT

1. According to the petitioner, he has made complaints from time to time against certain electricity consumers to the Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd. and pursuant to the complaints, a Committee was constituted to look into the allegations made by the petitioner in his complaint, however, report of the Enquiry Committee has not been made available to the petitioner.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to conclude within a month

the enquiry held pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner.

3. Petitioner has made allegations against various persons in the complaints, which have been annexed with the writ petition, however, none of them, against whom petitioner has made allegations, has been impleaded as party.

4. Petitioner wants report of the Enquiry Committee be supplied to him. Petitioner is anxious to know about the action taken by the Authorities on his complaints. For the said purpose, petitioner can make application under Right to Information Act, 2005.

5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner can approach appropriate forum made available to him under Right to Information Act, 2005.
