Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B. H. for the State. This Criminal Revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 20.11.2021 passed by Judge, Family Court Haridwar in Case No.239 of 2018 "Alka vs. Gaurav Kumar".

Heard on Stay Application (IA/1/2021). It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist filed a divorce petition, which was registered as suit no.293 of 2019 "Gaurav vs. Alka" before the Additional Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, in which the compromise has taken place between the parties before the National Lok Adalat, held on 10.07.2021; on the basis of compromise, the matter has been disposed of, but at the time of passing the impugned order dated 20.11.2021, the concerned Court did not notice this fact and simply awarded interim maintenance against the revisionist.

Issue notice to respondent no. 2. Steps be taken within seven days. List the case on 16.02.2022.

In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order will be kept in abeyance.
