This Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2021, passed by the learned First Additional District Jugde, Haridwar in Civil Appeal No.20 of 2015, "Yameen vs. Mohammad Iliyas and Others", arising out of judgment and decree dated 28.02.2015, passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Haridwar in Original Suit No.158 of 2008, "Mohammad Iliyas and Others vs. Yameen".

By the impugned judgment and decree, the learned Appellate Court dismissed the civil appeal of the appellant and confirmed the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2015, passed by the learned trial court.

Heard Mr. Arvind Vashisth, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Imran Ali Khan, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Vivek Pathak, learned counsel for the appellant.
