                      Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for

 the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, informs this

 Court     that     the    present      writ    petition     has    become

 infructuous, as the petitioner has not qualified in the

 examination.

              Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed

 as infructuous.
