JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for the
Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, informs this
Court that qua the petitioners, namely Ajay Kumar,
Arvind Kumar, Jyoti, Naveen Kumar s/o Mr. Nathi Lal
Juyal, Naveen Kumar, Rajani Bisht, Ruchi Juyal,
Prashant Singh Bisht, Ashish Dobhal, Devendra Singh
Negi and Ritu Negi, the writ petition has become
infructuous, as they have not qualified in the
examination.

Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby,
dismissed as infructuous qua the petitioners
aforementioned.
