 JUDGMENT:      (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)



              Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for the

 Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, informs this Court

 that as no interim order was passed in favour of the

 petitioner, he has not been permitted to participate in the

 examination. Hence, the present writ petition has become

 infructuous.

              Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed

 as infructuous.
