This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 07.09.2018 passed by Judicial Magistrate Lakshar District Haridwar in Complaint Case No.624 of 2016, u/s 138 N. I. Act "Suresh Chand vs. Devpal" as well as order dated 05.02.2020 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Appeal No.205 of 2018 "Devpal vs. State of Uttarakhand".

Admit.

Heard on Bail Application (IA/2/2021). It is argued by learned counsel for the revisionist that a compromise has taken place between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present before the Court; he fairly admitted this fact.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the revisionist is enlarged on bail only on his execution of a personal bond.
