Issue notice to the respondent. Requisites for issuance of notice on the opposite party through registered post/speed post, acknowledgment due, be filed within seven days.

Matter be listed on 30.03.2022. In the meantime, the execution case may proceed but no final direction will be issued by the Execution Court for execution of the sale deed in favour of the decree holder by the judgment debtor.
