Mrs. Monika Pant, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Lalit Miglani, learned AGA for the State.

This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 23.11.2021/27.11.2021, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Special Sessions Trial No.03 of 2018, "State vs. Naseem and three Others", whereby, the appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo six months imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo one year imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 342 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo five years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.20,000/- each for the offence punishable under Section 367 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo three years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.20,000/- each for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(h) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of the Atrocities) Act, 1989. The appellants have been further convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of three years along with a fine of Rs.2,000/- each for the offence under Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, with default stipulation. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.

This Criminal Appeal is admitted. Summon the Lower Court Record. The learned counsel appearing for the State requested one week time to file the objection(s) to the Bail Application No.01 of 2021.
