The challenge in the writ petition is to the order of 17.03.2018. The claim of the petitioner for the arrears of the salary has been denied as a consequence of the compliance of the judgment of 25.07.2017, which was rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No.1989 of 2017 preferred by the petitioner.

Urgency Application No.13347 of 2021 preferred by the petitioner would stand allowed.
