Ms. Prabha Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant.

Ms. Meena Bisht, learned B.H. for the State. Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the private respondent.

After some length of arguments, learned counsel confined her prayer that a direction may be issued to the Lower Court below to decide the bail application in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of 'Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another', Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.5191 of 2021 decided on 7.10.2021.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction that in case the applicant puts his appearance on or before 29.12.2021 before the Court below and moves an application seeking bail, the said Court will decide the same in view of the afore- mentioned judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil (Supra).

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
