                            JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, respondent has filed a partition suit against the petitioner. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to decide the said partition suit, expeditiously.

2. Perusal of the order-sheet indicates that the said suit was filed only on 31.08.2021.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to expedite hearing of the case.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court for such direction at an appropriate stage.
