This revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 12.11.2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Misc. Case No. 214 of 2021 "Pooja Sharma vs. Dr. Mukul Sharma".

Heard on the bail application (IA 1/21). From the perusal of impugned order dated 12.11.2021, the matter was listed on that day; an adjournment was moved on behalf of the revisionist, but the concerned Court neither allowed the adjournment application, nor rejected; he simply directed the revisionist to pay Rs. 25,000/- per month maintenance from the filing of the case.

From the perusal of the order, it is clear that the concerned Court did not hear the learned counsel for the parties on interim maintenance application, which prima facie appears to be illegal.

Issue notice to respondent no. 2. Steps be taken within seven days. List the case on 13.01.2022. In the meantime, the execution of the interim impugned order dated 12.11.2021 will remain keep in abeyance.
