                         JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the parties are unanimous on the point that the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No. 154 of 2019 has been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. Nos. 19188 of 2019 & 19193 of 2019.

2. In such view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this contempt petition pending.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek recall of this order as & when S.L.P.'s are decided.
