This matter has come up for hearing with a Civil Misc. Application No.2173 of 2021. It is an urgency application. Although, as the Court is informed that this kind of urgency are not in practice now. Instead the matters are mentioned by virtue of a slip which is presented before the Court. A few judgments have also been filed along with an affidavit which is enclosed along with the urgency application. The Court is unable to apprehend as to why and how the judgments/case laws may be produced along with the application.
But, when indicated as to desirability of filing such judgments along with the application, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondents would submit that he would withdraw the application.
The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
In the bunch of petitions, it is submitted that most of the cases pleadings have been exchanged. Learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondents would submit that in some of the cases counter affidavit is not filed, it is not required because issue involved in all the petitions is almost identical. He would submit that since stay have already been granted in these petitions which is causing hardship to the respondents. Therefore, the matter may be heard finally.
List along with connected matters on 08.09.2021 for final hearing.
Parties may submit points which they would like to demonstrate at the time of arguments after sharing it with the opposite parties, but these points should not exceed one page. It may be so done on or before 06.09.2021.
