This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 17.05.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Laksar in complaint case no.5 of 2016 (old no.249/2014), Jasvant Singh Vs. Rajkumar as well as order dated 01.08.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar in criminal appeal no.107/2018, Rajkumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and another.
The revision is time barred, accordingly, delay condonation application has been moved to condone the delay.
Learned counsel for the private respondent has no objection if the delay is condoned.
Accordingly, delay condonation application is allowed and delay in filing the revision is condoned.

Heard on the bail application (IA/1/2021) It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that since the revisionist was on bail during trial but he did not misuse the conditions of bail; there are chances of compromise between the parties, he is ready to furnish the sureties and he may be granted bail.
Per contra, the State counsel fairly admitted the above facts Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the revisionist is enlarged on bail on his executing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
Bail application is allowed, accordingly. List before Lok Adalat on 11.09.2021. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied today itself to the learned counsel for the parties, as per rule.
