JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, the learned counsel for the
petitioner, submits that the final order has been passed. The
petitioner happens to be equally aggrieved by the final order.
Therefore, he seeks the liberty to withdraw the present writ
petition, and to challenge the final order by filing a fresh writ
petition.
2. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The liberty, as prayed for, is hereby, granted.
3. The application made therefor, stands allowed.
4. Let a certified copy of this order be furnished to the
learned counsel for the parties, today itself, on payment of
the prescribed charges.
