Initially, when this writ petition was argued and the petitioner has advanced his argument as against the appellate order, reversing the judgment of the Advance Ruling, Uttarakhand dated 21.12.2018, the coordinate Bench of this Court had granted an interim order, whereby the Appellate Authority's order was kept in abeyance.

Time to time when the matter was subsequently taken though it continued to be argued for quite some length and the interim order too was continued to be made effective by the subsequent orders passed by the coordinate Benches of this Court, but the writ petition so far has not yet been admitted.

Admit the writ petition.

List the writ petition under the head of hearing on 18.10.2021.

The interim order already granted by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 27.04.2019, would continue to operate till next date of listing.
