                         JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Dinesh Gahtori, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, inasmuch as, petitioner has been considered for promotion to the post of Collection Amin, and ultimately, he has now been promoted vide order dated 04.12.2019.

2. In view of the submission so made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
