            This Writ Petition coming on for hearing this day,
       Hon'ble Shri Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. delivered the
       following Judgment:

                       JUDGEMENT

Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his candidature for the post of System Analyst by Uttarakhand Public Services Commission.

2. It has come on record that the entire selection process has been cancelled, as no candidate was found to be fulfilling all eligibility conditions.

3. Since the selection process itself has been cancelled and, as submitted by learned counsel for the respondent, the vacancy in question shall be re-

advertised shortly, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
