                             JUDGMENT

Direction issued in Writ petition (S/S) No. 1366 of 2014 was for considering petitioner's case for regularization within eight weeks.

2. Ms. Sudha Tamta, learned counsel, holding brief of Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at the bar that in terms of order passed by Writ Court, petitioner's case for regularization was considered and rejected.

3. Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 has referred to the rejection order, which is brought on record along with counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 2.

4. In such view of the matter, Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to respondent no. 2 is hereby discharged.
