Petitioners were earlier working in the U.P. Forest Corporation, but their services were terminated in the year 1995. They raised their claim under the U.P. Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957 and subsequently, they filed a writ petition bearing WPSS No.2111 of 2015 in this Court, in which on 07.10.2015, the respondents were directed to decide the representation. The representation was also rejected.

2. The petitioners claims that now, the respondents are recruiting the employees, but the petitioners have first right to get employment because they had already worked with the department. Petitioners seek that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation, within a given time.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioners would be decided within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned counsel for the respondents.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners, (at Annexure No.8) within a period of four weeks from today.
