JUDGMENT
Writ Court had passed an interim order that 50% of arrears of salary shall be paid to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by learned Labour Court.
2. Alleging disobedience of the said order, petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition.
3. A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 and, in paragraph nos. 3 & 6 thereof, it is stated that, pursuant to the interim order passed by Writ Court, 50% of arrears of salary has been released in favour of the petitioner. A copy of treasury challan, whereby the amount of 50% of arrears of salary was paid to the petitioner, has been annexed as Annexure Nos. 1 & 2 to the said compliance affidavit.
4. Since the order passed by Writ Court stands complied with, therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
5. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
