                              JUDGMENT

Mr. M.C. Pant, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has apprised the Court that the order passed by Writ Court, contempt whereof has been alleged, has been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.

2. Since, Hon'ble Supreme Court is ceased of the matter and stay has also been granted against the judgment of this Court, therefore, the contempt petition is closed.

3. Contempt notices issued to respondents are hereby discharged.

4. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to file Contempt Petition afresh, as and when the S.L.P. is decided in his favour.
