The petitioner contends that the issue stands covered by the judgment of 11.03.2019, which was rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No.3710 of 2018 Km. Upma Bharti vs. State of Uttarakhand Put up this matter in the week commencing 23.08.2021 and the Registry is directed to furnish a report, as to whether as against the judgment rendered by this Court on 11.03.2019 in Writ Petition (M/S) No.3710 of 2018; whether any special appeal was preferred and if preferred what were the orders passed by the Division Bench on it.
