Impleadment Application No. 2 of 2021, has been preferred by one Ana Devi, who claims herself, to be the legally wedded first wife, of late Mr. Rajendra Singh Bisht, and hence, she submits that the direction issued by this Court for considering the claim of the petitioner, who too claims herself to be the wife of the deceased, could not have been passed, because the rights after death of husband has accrued in her favour. But, however, this Writ Petition was disposed of on 18th June, 2021, directing the respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter was listed on the Review Application, which has been orally opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that in compliance of the judgment dated 18th June, 2021, the petitioner has already been given an offer of appointment on compassionate ground.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted ten days' time to file his objection to the Review Application.

Put up this Review Application immediately after ten days.
