                            JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner has filed divorce petition before Judge, Family Court, Haridwar, which is registered as Case No. 178 of 2019.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the Court that notice, in respect of said case, has been served to the respondents in the month of October, 2019.

3. If that is so, Judge, Family Court, Haridwar is requested to hear and decide the divorce petition, filed by the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date or production of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
