HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR TIWARI
CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 364 OF 2017
BETWEEN:

        (By Mr. V.K. Kaparuwan, Advocate)

                        JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order passed by Writ Court has been partly complied with, inasmuch as, minimum of pay scale has been granted to the petitioners, however, their claim for regularization has been rejected.

2. Since the direction was to pay minimum of pay scale and also to consider petitioner's claim for regularization, and according to the own showing of the petitioners, their claim for regularization has been considered and rejected, therefore, substantial compliance of the order has been made.

3. Accordingly, contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged. However, petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance, if any.

(MANOJ KUMAR TIWARI, J.) Aswal
