JUDGMENT
Writ Petition (S/S) 1217 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Writ Court vide order dated 19.05.2017, with a direction to the Competent Authority to pay him minimum of pay scale and also consider his case for regularization.
2. Alleging willful violation of the said order, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
3. Learned Standing Counsel makes a statement at the bar that the order passed by Writ Court has been stayed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Civil) Diary No(s). 36540/2018.
4. In view of the statement so made by learned Standing Counsel, the contempt petition is closed.
5. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh Contempt Petition, if the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court comes in his favour.
