                       JUDGMENT

Writ Petition (S/S) 1218 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Writ Court vide order dated 19.05.2017, with a direction to the Competent Authority to pay him minimum of pay scale and also consider his case for regularization.

2. Alleging willful violation of the said order, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that, pursuant to the order passed by Writ Court, minimum of pay scale is being given to the petitioner, however, his claim for regularization has been rejected by the Competent Authority.

4. Since the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, the contempt petition is closed.

5. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
