                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner filed a suit, which is registered as Civil Suit No. 35 of 2021. He has also filed a temporary injunction application in the said suit, which is yet to be disposed of.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned for early disposal of the temporary injunction application.

3. Petitioner's counsel has apprised the court that the next fixed in the matter is 17.08.2021.

4.          Having       regard        to     the    facts     and
circumstances      of the      case,    the    writ petition is

disposed of with a request to the learned trial court to consider and decide the temporary injunction application as early as possible preferably on the next date fixed i.e. on 17.08.2021 or on any other day,

within two months, provided all the defendants to the suit are served.
