Hon'ble R.C. Khulbe, J.
Mr. P.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionists.
Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. along with Ms. Sonika Khulbe, learned B.H. for the State.
Heard.
This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 27.02.2017, passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st, Roorkee, in Criminal Case No.667 of 2016, 'State vs. Rishipal & another as well as the judgement and order dated 30.07.2021, passed by the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar, in Criminal Appeal No.42 of 2017, Rishipal & another vs. State & another.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondent no.2. Steps be taken within a week. Summon the LCR.
List thereafter.
Also heard on the bail application (IA 2/21). It is argued that the revisionists were on bail during trial as also during appeal and they did not misuse the condition(s) laid down by the either court.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances, both the revisionists i.e. Rishi Pal and Sandeep Kumar are enlarged on bail on each of their executing personal bond(s) and furnishing two-two reliable sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
