JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
This Second Bail Application has been moved on
the basis of the merits of the case. However, the First
Bail Application was already dismissed on merits, by this
Court, by its order, dated 31.07.2020.
2. Since this Court does not have the power of
review, and since there is no change in the

circumstances, the Second Bail Application is not even
maintainable. Hence, it is, hereby, dismissed.
