This appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 03.09.2014 passed by the Special Judge, Rishikesh in criminal complaint no. 1774 of 2014, Mehmood vs. Farida Khatoon as well as the judgment and order dated 04.03.2021 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rishikesh in criminal appeal no. 195 of 2014, Mehmood vs. Farida Khatoon.

Application for leave to appeal is also preferred.
