                      JUDGMENT

By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus , commanding/ directing the respondents to initiate new proceedings of consolidation in the village Akaudha Kala Aurangebpur, Nasrullapur, Tehsil Laksar, District Haridwar, after doing correct and impartial measurement from the revenue authorities, which has not been done in the earlier measurement done by the revenue authorities."

2. In sum & substance, petitioner wants new measurement of the land situate in village Akaudha Kala Aurangebpur, Nasrullapur, Tehsil Laksar, District Haridwar.

3. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation to the Competent Authority, which has not been considered decided so far.

4. Having regard the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to Competent Authority. If such representation is made within two weeks from today, the Competent Authority shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of representation alongwith certified copy of this order.
