                          JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, she has filed Civil Suit No. 30 of 2019 before learned Judge, Family Court, Nainital in the year 2019.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a request to learned Family Court, Nainital to expedite hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same, as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
