                        JUDGMENT

1. According to the petitioners, they made a complaint to the Grievance Redressal Forum, Tehri Dam Project, New Tehri, but the complaint made by them is not being entertained.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by District Magistrate, Tehri Garhwal, wherein it is stated that the Greivance Redressal Forum is not functioning, as there is no Judicial Member in the State Forum at present.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the concerned District Magistrate, within six weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the District Magistrate shall have petitioners' application placed before Grievance Redressal Forum,

as and when its coram is complete, and the Forum shall thereafter examine petitioners' complaint and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of nine months.
