The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
The petitioners have challenged the validity of
Government Order dated 22.06.2020. However, by
Government Order dated 15.01.2021, the Government Order
dated 22.06.2020 has been superceded.
Therefore, the present writ petition has become
infructuous. It is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
