Mr. Rajendra Arya, Advocate, for the petitioner.

Before the court of Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Dehradun, the petitioner, who is a plaintiff of the Original Suit No.268 of 2018, "Vipin Sharma Vs. Nitin Sharma & another", had filed a suit on 02.07.2018, seeking a decree of eviction, as against the defendants to the suit, who are closely related to the petitioner/plaintiff.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after exchange of the pleadings, the issues have also been formulated on 02.07.2019, and the plaintiff's examination-in-chief is also over, but still the matter is pending since 2018. Hence, he had sought for appropriate directions to the aforesaid court to decide the said civil suit as expeditiously as possible.

Subject to the restrictions, which have been imposed by the High Court on account of the Pandemic Covid-19, the writ petition is being disposed of with a request to the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Dehradun, to make all efforts to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
