This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 02.01.2021 passed by learned Addl. Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, District Haridwar, in criminal case no.100 of 2018, 'Smt. Sarita Sharma vs. Ankur Sharma', whereby the learned Family Court allowed the application for interim maintenance and directed the present revisionist to pay Rs.7,000/- per month to respondent no.2 as interim maintenance As per the request of learned counsel for the revisionist, the present revision is disposed of finally with the direction that the learned Judge, Family Court will decide the application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. preferably within a period of nine months from today.

As regard to the arears of interim maintenance is concerned, if any such application is moved by the revisionist before the concerned court, the concerned court will decide the same expeditiously, as per law.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
