This Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court by the judgment dated 11th January, 2021. But, however, the direction issued therein was given to the Court of "2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun" and that part of the order has been sought to be corrected by making a prayer that in place of 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun, it should be replaced and corrected as "2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dehradun", be incorporated.

The Correction Application is allowed. In the order of 11th January, 2021, wherever the Court has been referred as "2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun", is directed to be read as "2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dehradun".
