petitioner.

Learned Counsel, Ms. U. Singha appeared on behalf of the

respondent No.6 and sought time to file counter-affidavit on the

ground that the said respondent could not collect some relevant

documents.

Learned Counsel, Mr. K. Paul appeared on behalf of the

respondent Nos.1-5 and submitted that Learned Senior Counsel,

Mr. Pradyot Kr. Dhar has retired from the Tripura University on

the ground that in view of the observations made by the High

Court. So another Standing Counsel will appear on behalf of the

Tripura University to conduct this case and sought time to file

counter-affidavit.
