This application is filed for staying any further proceeding against

the FIR No. NCC P.S. Case No.025 of 2024, dated 27.03.2024. So at this stage

Learned PP Mr. Raju Datta, submits that the prosecution intends to file

affidavit in opposition against the application for staying further proceeding

of this aforesaid case and accordingly sought for an adjournment.

Issue Notice upon the respondents.

Mr. Raju Datta, Learned PP appears and accepts notice upon the

respondent No.1. So, formal notice on behalf o the respondent No.1 is thus

waived.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the

remaining respondents by both normal process and speed Post with A/D

within 3(three) days and file proof of service.
