This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. corresponding to

Section 528 of BNSS is filed for setting aside the order dated

29.01.2026 passed by Learned J.M. 1st Class, Udaipur District,

Gomati in connection with Case No.PRC (WP) 84 of 2024.

Learned P.P. is present for the State.

A request is made on behalf of the prosecution to file an

objection against the petition filed by the petitioner.

Request is considered.
