Heard Mr. Rajib Saha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
Since, respondent No. 4 is represented by Mr. Kohinor N. Bhattacharyya, learned G.A , no formal notice needs be issued upon the same.
Issue notice to the un-represented respondents to show cause as to why the delay of 816 days in preferring the connected appeal should not be condoned as prayed for and such further order(s) or other order(s) should not be passed as this Court may deem fit and proper.
