Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides.
Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. T. D. Majumder submits that for 2 years provisional pension of the petitioner has been illegally withheld along with gratuity and leave salary, which is released in favour of the petitioner, was also calculated based on his subsistence allowance and not on his actual pay.
Ld. Sr. Counsel also submits that his GPF is also paid after long delay, but, without interest and therefore, the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. Ld. Sr. Counsel prays for early hearing.

The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
Both the parties are to remain ready for hearing on the next date.
