Heard both sides.

This application is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer in

Case No.T.S.(RCR)19 of 2025 pending before the Court of Judge, Family

Court, Dharmanagar, North Tripura to the Court of Judge, Family Court,

Agartala, West Tripura.

Notice in this application was issued to the respondent on

05.01.2026 and the proceedings before the Family Judge, Dharmanagar,

North Tripura was stayed on that day.

Counsel, Mr. D.C. Roy appears for the respondent states that he

has no objection for the transfer of the above matter from the Court of the

Family Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura to the Court of the Family

Judge, Agartala, West Tripura.

Therefore, this application is allowed and T.S.(RCR)No.19 of

2025 on the file of the Family Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura is

transferred to the Court of the Family Judge, Agartala, West Tripura.

Both parties are directed to appear before the said Court on

20.04.2026 at 10.30 a.m.

This transfer petition is disposed of.
