Heard learned counsel of both sides.

As it appears that petitioner, Jaydul Hossain earlier submitted a petition for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bishalgarh P.S. case No.54 of 2025 which was decided by another Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Presently, said Jaydul Hossain has again filed the instant bail application in connection with the same police case.

Considering thus, the Registry is directed to list the matter in the appropriate Bench immediately as per the procedure.
