Learned Counsel Ms. Sutapa Deb Barman, is
present for the petitioner.
This petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of
Cr.P.C. is filed and also under Section 19(4) of the Family
Court's Act is preferred challenging the judgment dated
30.08.2025 delivered by Learned Judge, Family Court,
Sonamura in connection with Crl. Misc. No.21/ 2023, under
Section 125(1) of Cr.P.C.
By the said judgment and order Learned Family
Judge has awarded maintenance @ Rs.11,000/- per month to
the respondent petitioner.

This revision petition is admitted for hearing.
Call for the LC records.
The petitioner may take steps for service of notice
upon the respondents both by normal process and registered
post with A/D or speed post within seven days and file proof
of service.
Registry be asked to prepare the Paper Book and to
supply the same to Learned Counsel as per procedure.
List the matter when the Paper Book is supplied.
