Heard learned counsel of both sides. By this interim application, learned counsel of the petitioner prays for allowing him to challenge the order dated 09.01.2026, passed by the learned trial Court whereby the petition for custody trial was allowed. Further prayer is made to add Section 528 of the BNSS in respect of the said interim petition.
The respondents have not opposed the prayer. This petition will be treated as part of the original bail application.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
